Was this a pistol or rifle?
There is no registry in PA. If this is a rifle, there is nothing to do.While many claim to support the right, precious few support the practice.

You can transfer it to yourself. Some dealers will do it, some wont.

A "transfer" from you to yourself will result in the Record of Sale database being updated to show you as the current transferee, but it doesn't un-do the original unlawful transfer, nor does it do anything if the gun was ever reported stolen.
On the other hand, there's a statute of limitations on unlawful transfers, and the crime is committed by the transferor, not the transferee.
