Steeler power!
Last year, while the steelers where out there driving the bus home, my LEO neighbours decided it would be a good idea to shoot their service guns once for every point that was scored... Thats right, every time there was a Steeler point scored a few seconds later I would hear 9mm shots come from across the street!
Shooting into a sand bucket at their feet, the very grown responsable people would go out, take the gun out of their holsters, and BANG, BANG, BANG, count out the score.. Others had fireworks, firecrackers, pots and pans... What a racket there was!
I said to my wife, I should get 12G blanks and go out there and shoot that to show my support. The look I got from her was unbelivable Dont get me wrong, she is a BIG Steeler fan, but the thought of my breaking home rules about showing our gun ownership on the street was some thing we both believe in.
Although i am pretty sure no one would "complain" or investigate it much... I just wondered how they would of felt about me shooting a louder caliber.
Its almost that time of the year again!

Skeet is a sport where you are better to hit half of each bird then completely blast one and miss the other completely.
The choice is yours, place your faith in the court system and 12 of your peers, or carried away by 6 friends.

That's nothing, we do the same here in Philly for every interception McNabby throws except that we shoot at each other. For every fumble we knock over a WaWa. Can't really say what we would do for every "point scored". Need to look up what that term means....

Re: Steeler power!
I found this post from the beginning of the 06 season and I have to revive it long enough to ask...
Who's going to the Superbowl party in Frenchy's Neighborhood?
Bring your sand buckets & firepower!

Everytime Tiger Woods finishes in the top 10, I find out how many strokes he took in his final round and fire that many golf balls randomly in the air with my SKS golfball launcher. My wife used to get pissy about it but now I go outside to do it so she is better about it.
