SBR Engraving.
Since the last thread turned into like a huge argument. I am in the process of making an SBR out of a lower that I have had for some time now. I need to have it engraved and would like this to happen quickly. I live in the Allentown area and would like if I didnt have to send it out some where through an FFL. The cheaper the better!

Re: SBR Engraving.
I was told that it needs to be done with a laser, and certain specs must be met. I would much rather have someone do it that has done it before. Much rather then wishing someone the best of luck. I mean its almost like going to the bank and asking them to fix my car!

Re: SBR Engraving.
Donley's Gun Shop in Quakertown did mine and did a fine job. Low price if I remember correctly. Give him a call.

Re: SBR Engraving.
I had orion arms do mine years ago. I sent him an image to engrave on the side of the mag well as well. i was told the hard anodizing of the receiver can chip with engravers. I saw some photos of some guys receiver he had a pimple faced kid at the gift shop in the mall engrave and it looked like complete shit.

Re: SBR Engraving.
Please let us know how it turns out. I'd like to use Donelly's also, but I'm concerned about the anodizing chipping.
I know Orion Arms and Ident do nice work, but I'd rather not deal with the hassle of mailing out of state.
