    Smile Dinner w/Lisa & a Sig (Episode 2)

    Good evening.

I've decided to abandon the Ultimate Meal Protection thread so it will be easier for me to find these Sig picture threads down the road.

In this episode of Dinner w/Lisa and a Sig we have Lisa's Sig Sauer P225. The P225 is the second most favored pistol in my collection. It's not a very common Sig model and it was discontinued in the mid 1990's. The first time I saw a picture of the P225 I fell in love with its elegant compact design combined with its aggressive presence at presentation. The P225 has the character of Cary Grant meets Sean Connery all in one elegant, suave, sophisticated and intimidating package. As soon as I learned of the P225's existence, I set out on a mission to make one my very own.

It took about six years and a lot of networking with gun dealers all over the United States, but the wait paid off and I was able to lay my hands on my very own brand spanking new P225 to add to my collection.

The P225 is a compact 9mm DA/SA (double action/single action) pistol with a single stack magazine capable of holding eight cartridges making the P225's overall ordnance capacity 8 + 1.

    And, now, without further adieu...

Figure 1. Grilled-to-perfection T-bone steak, organically-farmed mixed vegetables sautéed in butter and B&M brand baked beans by Lisa, water and ice by Brita, P225 by Sig Sauer and white 100% cotton gloves by Sally Beauty Supply.

Figure 2. Close-up of P225 keeping me company while I eat my delicious steak. Yummy!

Oh, no toothpick in the picture this time!

    Nice pics!
While many claim to support the right, precious few support the practice.

As I was reading this post , it was like I was watching "Pistol Hour" on QVC. (if only there was such a thing!) Nice!

My dog "Ruger" is worried about the economy because Alpo is up to $3.00 a can. That's almost $21.00 in dog money.

A beautiful companion to a delicious dinner.

Thats a really nicely shaped porterhouse steak, I thought it was a ribeye when I first saw it. A really nice filet on that steak, thank your butcher. or the cow, as it may be.

Excellent meal protection! You can't go wrong with a nice T-bone

Equally nice is your P225. What is the date code is of your gun?
