What should I get to carry in my pockets?

With Christmas coming up the 'rents want to get me some stuff, but they don't know what to get me and I don't know what I need. I know a little flashlight to carry is on the list, but not much else and I know no brands. So please list some useful/cool little items that could easily be carried.

I'd like an ASP but I know those are extra illegal lol.

I carry a pocket folder, small multi-tool (large multi-tool is in the vest), serrated edge folding knife, 357Mag snubby in a pocket holster.

In a vest that's always on me large multi-tool, a surefire E2D, a tiny little stream light, serrated edge folding knife, gerber box cutter, can of OC, small camera, binoculars.

This may give you some ideas.

A flashlight is a must. I have little River Rock one that I got from Target for around $20. It is pretty bright and only requires 1 AA battery.

I also recommend a box cutter as I use it a lot. Can get one for as little as $7 at Walmart.

I love my 3D maglite, my princeton tec 2AA LED light, and a petzl tikka plus headlamp. I love filling 'em with rechargeables, so I don't go through tons of batteries.

Hell, I mocked headlamps continually, for years, before trying one, and I can honestly say I missed the boat on those. Awesomely useful for when you need light to go at a certain point *and* need both hands free.

I will wear either the K&D holster or SmartCarry with the S&W 642. (The pre-war automatic stays in the safe now.)

Left front pocket: wallet and NovaTac 65 lumen flashlight

11:45 waistline: SmartCarry holster

Right front pocket: keys w/home made de-jammer and dogtag; Kershaw Blur tactical knife

2:00 belt: IWB holster

Left rear pocket: spare Bianchi speed strip

10:00 belt: cell phone

Santa has some great knives and lights on sale now.
