It's NJ, this is also considered an assault rifle.

So what's the problem? He broke the law, he got a PADL fraudulently to bypass NJ law.

The dude lost his licence to own in NJ and the got a PA licence through fraud. Duh! I don't think the "extremist group" really had anything to do with the fact that he was prohibited person.

It's not the fact that he broke the law. It's the fact they are demonizing 'gun nuts' and 'extremist groups' I.e. people who don't buy into the bullshit.

You can use a detachable mag on a SKS. The model SKS-D take's a detachable Ak-47 magazine! I would like to no how was he able to buy in Pa. Would he fail the pic's ,since he had to turn in his gun's in N.J.!

In 2012, Gawrysiak purchased two pistols, a rifle and a shotgun in Pennsylvania after fraudulently obtaining a Pennsylvania driver's license using a relatives's address, authorities said. His right to purchase guns in New Jersey had been revoked after an altercation with police in 2010.

It says his "right" to purchase was revoked in 2010, doesn't say he was charged with a crime. In NJ, you're required to get a card to purchase a firearm, without that card, you cannot buy, legally.

He came to PA and got a DL, and chances are his "altercation" wasn't actually ever processed as a crime.
