They run a raffle where you get a ticket if you buy a membership or a gun, and I think you can buy tickets individually as well.

And yes, they do actually give out the guns as far as I know

Depends on the model, I think they go as low as between 450-475 during the promo, but don't quote me on that.

Outside philly is probably cheaper.

FYI: The sales tax in Philadelphia is 7%, one percent higher than the rest of the state, figure that into your total cost of goods in Philly.
