1st post NFA
Hi all
I stumbled across this forum while researching the "living trust" instead of LLC or Corp for a suppressor.
My sheriff will not sign off on a suppressor.
He did say he would sign of on my full auto though LOL
I moved from jersey to Pa 3 years ago and have a great set up on my property for shooting, it has a natural 85 ft high ridge as my back stop.
My question is do any of you guys have any experience with using the living trust instead of an LLC or Corp?
Can you use the Living trust on a form 4 for an M 16 purchase?
Thanks , good looking forum you guys have here.

Yup, sure can.
Beware, you need to make sure your trust is set up 100% correctly. You may want to use an attorney rather than DIY software (as others have done)
I say this because if your trust is not set up 100% legit in the eyes of the ATF and they were to discover this after the fact (post form 4 approval) they could argue you did so intentionally and try to burn your church down , etc.
ETA:
Oh, another trust info link for you:

If you web search you'll surely find many more...
