I recently acquired a firearm for protection and I am trying to read up lots and need to know how to easily and cheaply get spareparts.

Is it wise to use ebay or amazon?

for reading up on the weapon, probably amazon. For reading up on laws, probably amazon. For buying spare parts... either if you can find the parts but you probably wont be able to. We'd need more information in order to tell you where to get the spare parts.

You really shouldn't need much in the way of spare parts if you are shooting a modern weapon. Why do think you will need them so much that you will need to read up on where to get them? What firearm did you acquire?
