Ammo reports -- we need some sort of functionality

It's getting really, really hit or miss to find ammo these days, and I was wondering what we could do about some sort of quick information sharing function so that we could report what we saw and where we saw it, maybe with predefined location, caliber, bullet, and manufacturer parameters?

Lemme know if it sounds too Tom Swift or if it might be workable for in-state stuff.

I've seen gun deals. What I'm talking about is more of a deal that replicates the way that insects like ants or bees communicate about food sources, something that you could get info updates on through a mobile device. I don't know enough about twitter yet to have an opinion about its appropriateness.
