PLR-16 Caliber Conversion

I have been toying with the notion of getting a PLR-16 and replacing the barrel with either a 6.5mm or .300 Whisper. Anyone know where to get custom barrels for the PLR-16?

They may be able to build you one. I haven't been to their website for awhile but I notice they now make guns as well.

Probably not a standard AR barrel.

You would probably be better off using an AR as the basis for those calibers.
