Anyone carry at work?
Anyone conceal carry while working in an office setting?
There is a no firearms policy tied in with no smoking in my employee handbook, however, no "no guns", signs at the door, so guests and customers can carry.
Would you carry in this situation? If so how?

However works best for you. My P7 in the Miami Classic is the only one I have that is truly concealed. My other stuff prints.

Re: Anyone carry at work?
Guests and customers could carry regardless of a sign - there would be no recourse unless they were told to leave the property and didn't (hence trespassing).
There is recourse for an employee though - termination. Or maybe they'd just say "don't do it again". So make your own assessment on that. Depends how much they like you and how far you saying I'm licensed and responsible goes. And that's even to say it you'll be caught. Maybe pocket carry would work best. Regardless if 'discovered' you can say it's my insulin pump I'd prefer if you didn't mention it to anyone. Case closed.

Re: Anyone carry at work?
If I were to carry my 1911 at the office I would probably:
- Use a tuckable IWB holster, like a supertuck knockoff.
- Wear a patterned or checked shirt to minimize printing, like something from Duluth Trading.
- Use a stealth method for carrying reloads, like an old cell phone case with a kydex insert to handle the weight.
- Ensure that my supervisor was OK with it, explicitly if possible.
You know, IF I were to carry at the office...

Re: Anyone carry at work?
I've never carried at work unless the job required it. Half of my working career I've worked in states that don't allow me to carry, such as Maryland, so not only would it violate a company policy but it would be illegal. My employers have always had a "no weapons" policy in place when I started so I feel like that's something I agreed to when I started the job. I've carried to and from work when it was legal, and just left my firearm in my vehicle while at work.

I had considered it, but I would only ankle carry, and I can only do that (covertly) with a short hiking boot to keep it high enough not to be revealed if my pant leg rides up.
That said, I have to wear comfy shoes on these hard floors, so no gun for me.I called to check my ZIP CODE!....DY-NO-MITE!!!

I'd pocket carry a KelTec P32. Better than nothing.
Sticks and stones will break my bones but hollow points expand on impact.
