    Default Another anti-2A business: Groupon

This from The Truth About Guns:

    Groupon Bans All firearms-Related Activities

After Austin CHL instructor Michael Cargill told Fox 7 that Groupon had pulled their electronic coupons from his business, FOX 7 contacted the web-base dealmaker. Groupon sent them the following statement: “All scheduled and current gun-related deals featured on Groupon North America, including shooting ranges, conceal-and-carry and clay shooting, have been placed on hiatus while we review internal standards that shape the deal inventory we feature. The category is under review following recent consumer and merchant feedback.” Cargill is calling for a national boycott. Is it me or is it getting really chilly around here?

That's it for my wife and me - Groupon doesn't want our business, so fuck Groupon. "Unsubscribe."

Your best bet is to start it in Japan, advertise it on Buses and Subways.

I just sent their customer service this message: I have a real problem with Groupon playing politics, removing all firearms-related offers. These are typically classes that stress safety and marksmanship; there's absolutely nothing wrong with that. Since you've chosen to be hostile towards firearms-related business and customers, I'm choosing to cancel my account as of now, and will actively encourage others to do so too.

But the weasels' web site doesn't tell you how to cancel an account, so I followed it up with another message asking them to terminate my account immediately. If anyone figures out how to cancel an account themselves, please let me know.

Don't forget to email your friends & family about this.

All right, how about we play the liberals' game? I'm going to start emailing Groupon's customers, the local businesses, and tell them that my friends, family and I are abandoning Groupon since they've decided to politicize their business.

Be prepared to see this type of thing on a much larger scale as the President, vice pres and their cronies continue their whirlwind tour to destroy gun owners.

The only way to combat it is to contact them in large numbers. The only thing these businesses care about is the bottom line.
I called to check my ZIP CODE!....DY-NO-MITE!!!

...and I bet they don't give a rat's ass. Unless they see a real loss in profit that is. They will give you feel good answers and let you pass like a fart in the wind. Has anyone here remembered a boycott of any type ever going the distance and really hammering nails to a business?
