Washington DC v Heller
Was discussing this with a buddy today and one thing we discussed was something Ive always seen posted. That the Heller case found magazine limits unconstitutional and that you had the right to the same thing as a police officer for self defense. Looking over the actual Heller doc I dont see anything about that? Is this something thats turned into an urban legend over time or is this something that holds true? Can someone point out where thats found if so?

Re: Washington DC v Heller
I don't see anything about magazine limits but one of the court opinions states that a prohibition on an entire class of “arms” that Americans overwhelmingly choose for the lawful purpose of self-defense would be unconstitutional. They were refering to handguns, but I think a case could be made for semi-autos as well.
