I've read that Rossi lever actions have built a pretty strong reputation for quality and performance. I just think they're sexy
My 44 mag version kicks like a mother though with hot 44 mag loads - last time I shot it I came home with black and blue shoulder! After that I stuck to 44 special.
This 357/38 should be tamer

Well it would be cool Josh if you shot at least one of those 45 rounds to see if it did go bang. Primers seem to go after 80 years so I'm curious to see what these would do.

I love my Rossi 92 in 357/38. Out of the box it wasn't as smooth as I wanted, so I followed Neutered10mm's videos on smoothing out the 92 and added a Palo Verde Gunworks trigger spring kit, magazine spring, and stainless steel follower. Now it's slick and fast.

Another random find...
Machine Rifle Ammo Chest M1
Internet research shows this was developed prior to WW2 for carrying BAR magazines on pack saddles like so...
My example is missing the wood dividers but has the carpet. Not sure what I will use it for. Maybe FAL magazines? In America arms are free merchandise such that anyone who has the capital may make their houses into armories and their gardens into parks of artillery. - Ira Allen, 1796
