Transfering a hand gun
How do I go about Transferring a handgun to my son in law. I'm a resident of Pa. he is a resident of Conn.

I guess I wasn't clear I only said you can't ship it via USPS. Shoulda added you can by common carrier eg FEDEX or UPS. But you still need to find a FFL in Conn. willing. Not all will do it. I might also add the pistol must meet any existing Conn. laws I have no clue about laws in Conn.USNRET '61-'81
