Eagles vs Steelers?

Could it be>? I'm not a big fan of football to be honest. I watch a few games if I'm bored during the season. I usually try to head to someones get together to "watch" the game. anyways, I still think it would be pretty EPIC if philly and pittsburgh made it to the super bowl this year. Any thoughts?

I don't know if I would use the word "epic" for a Steelers-Eagles super Bowl. It would be interesting for the CommonWealth of PA. Rendell would have the State Capital painted green.

I think a more interestin matchup would be Pittsburgh/Arizona. With Wisenhunt/Grimm now with the Cards, and a bunch of Steeler cast-offs playing for them, there would be more sub plots to the game.

If it is a Steelers Eagles matchup, just remember... Big Ben knows how to win big games.... Mcnabb knows how to lose big games. Advantage, Steelers.

I've been a huge Steelers fan for all my life, make the 450 mile roundtrip to many games every year in Pitt, but I don't consider a game versus the eagles as 'epic' by any means. I couldnt care less about the eagles. This sunday's game is huge against the rats. That is the epic game for me. I f-n hate the rats, that city, everything about baltiwhore. To knock them out of the playoffs again would be epic. To beat them 3 times in the same year is epic. Steelers vs rats game is typically as hard as a game as you will see played. It will almost be a letdown winning the superbowl after stomping a mudhole in the rats this week. But it will be nice to start collecting rings on the other hand. I'd rather see a Steelers/Cardinals superbowl for reasons already mentioned by another poster.

I'd be rooting for the Eagles. They've never won a Super Bowl, whereas the Steelers have won multiple.
