If your pistol is on your hip NOT covered by a cover garmet with or without LTCF you are good, provided you do NOT get into a car, then it is considered concealed and you need a LTCF. Or if you are in Philly you need a LTCF even if it's openly displayed.

If your pistol is on your hip and IS COVERED by a cover garmet, you need a LTCF no matter where in the state you are.

Yep, you're good to go. You don't need to be concerned about printing or your shirt hiking up, or just plain 'ole open carrying.

There are different sets of rules for carrying while on the job, such as ACT 235.

A LTCF may not cover you if you're getting paid to be Armed Security.
