Concealed Question
if my pistol is in a holster on my side with or with out a shirt tucked in is it considered concealed? or if my pistol is on my side is it ok i have a permit to carry

If your pistol is on your hip NOT covered by a cover garmet with or without LTCF you are good, provided you do NOT get into a car, then it is considered concealed and you need a LTCF. Or if you are in Philly you need a LTCF even if it's openly displayed.
If your pistol is on your hip and IS COVERED by a cover garmet, you need a LTCF no matter where in the state you are.
