WTB: AR Lower

I'm going to be doing a cheap build since it will be my first one and I need a lower. I'd prefer a stripped lower so I can have something to play with but a complete lower is alright too. I'd like something in state so that I don't have to pay $25 transfer fee on a $100 stripped lower. Let me know what you have! Thanks. In SC Pa Freedom Armory in Glen Rock Pa. has a Bushmaster complete lower on consignment. I'm not sure of the price.
