Car accident
There was a drunk guy that hit a utility pole out in front of our house last night. We were coming home from dinner and our driveway was blocked by firetrucks. A few state police cruisers pulled up right after us. I guess it had just happened. I was talking to my neighbors who let me park there temporarily. He did a number on his car and the pole. The whole front end was smashed up, he hit so hard he spun around. He knocked the power out for about a dozen houses. From the chatter I heard at the scene he was drunk, possibly had been smoking some weed, and didn't have a drivers licence... he'll feel this one this morning. Kind of made me think, what if we had left 10 minutes earlier...

Re: Car accident
No, he was DRUNK!, he probably bought the alcohol from a Pennsylvania owned and operated store, so it's the store's fault for selling the alcohol to someone who they should've known would've miss-used it.

Re: Car accident
Gotta disagree, it's the manufacturer of the alcohol that's to blame. We need to put them out of business with tort lawsuits!

Re: Car accident
He have no lisence, and assume that he prolly don't have any insurance either.
So he'll go to lock up, serve time, come out.
While rest of our insurance goes up.

Re: Car accident
Go after the car manufacturer and the dealer that sold him the car. They should have known that their product could be used in this way and they should be held accountable for it.

Re: Car accident
I think he oughta sue you for having that pole there, the bar and bartender for serving him, the alcohol manufacture for making the alcohol, the car dealer and automobile manufacture ...........
