Glock 30 ammo question
OK shot the new 30 today. I really like the way it fed and felt. It ate up 100rounds of federal 230 gr ball ammo. I bought some federal 230 gr hp+p tactical stuff. It fed good but would not group vey well. What are you guys feeding for carry ammo. I know "try different stuff" but with the price and my limited time I would like to be pointed in the right direction. Thans for your time.

In my Glock 30 I have used two different types of carry ammo.
Corbon 230grain +p
Federal 230grain hydarshoks.
IMHO dump the +p and get your self reliable 230grain either federal hydrashoks or HST.

Carry: Speer Gold Dot Personal Protection 230gr HP
The group does open up a little past 25 ft, but I always thought that was to be expected with hollow points.Last edited by str8shooter; February 14th, 2009 at 10:19 PM.
