Plainfield, NH the Feds have no jurisdiction
Here are two people standing on what they believe and many more across this country do also. I ask any lawyers here to show us the law that requires people to pay income tax. For any of you that know income as defined by the supreme court is profit and NOT income derived from labor. These two honest souls have drawn their line in the sand and if any of you know any New Hamsphirites I would suggest you support their stand . Is this what righteous governments do? I would say not

Tax imposed by TITLE 26 > Subtitle A > CHAPTER 1 > Subchapter A > PART I > § 1 of the United States Code.
Authority granted to Congress by the 16th amendment. And please don't say that the 16th was never ratified.
(BTW, I'm not a lawyer.)

Re: Plainfield, NH the Feds have no jurisdiction
Monier, the U.S. marshal, said his office's strategy has not changed as a result of the sentences. He said his staff will continue to communicate with the Browns and will not initiate a siege or standoff at their home.
"We're just not going to engage in that kind of game with them," he said.
In a letter he sent to the couple yesterday, he urged the Browns to turn themselves in.
"We have, and will continue to take, all reasonable steps to resolve this peacefully," he wrote.
Monier did say that his office will take action against Brown supporters who bring weapons to the Plainfield house or otherwise provide "assistance, aid, or comfort to the Browns in their continuing efforts to obstruct justice and avoid apprehension."
Well, lets hope that the feds keep their dogs on a short leash this time. I doubt that they will keep this attitude for very long - expect the Marshall's office to barricade him, arrrest anyone who tries to give aid, and take him by summer.
I think Ed Brown will be killed before September.NEED should never enter into a discussion about RIGHTS

They will storm the place. I forgot his sentencing was this week.
Considering he has a solar power cell system, well water, and a huge stockpile of food; he isn't exactly the person you'd "wait out."
