    I am needing a criminal Lawyer in The Philadelphia area that might be able to help me with an expungement from an ARD non DUI.

    Someone please enlighten me. I was under the impression that an ARD disposition was not considered a 'conviction'.

    Based on this (and I could be wrong), I don't see the necessity of an expungement.

    ARD is the program but you still have to file for an expungment and for me this part of it was not done. This is a two part process. Some counties automatically do this for you and others you have to file seperately. Motco county and Philadelphia you have to file seperately. Bucks is automatic after you complete the program.

    I do defense work and gun law in Philadelphia. If you haven't yet found someone you are comfortable with to represent you, I'd be happy to help at a reasonable fee.

    I could handle the expungement petition and hearing as well as guide you through the LTCF process if you want to apply for a philly LTCF, post expungement.
