LTCF application?
I live in Monroeville and want to apply for a ltcf, where can I go to apply? I have seen in numerious posts about going to see the sherrif or going to the courthouse to do so? Does that mean the municipal building? Also besides hitting the search button again and going through many pages of posts, is there a place to get info on ltcf's?

Re: LTCF application?
Either way, if you fill out the app there it only takes you about 5 minutes, just have the info on your references written down and it is fast to fill out. You go inside the courtyard of the courthouse in downtown pgh and you will see a sign for Firearms Office. Go in and ask for an app, sit down, fill it out, and hand it back. The take your picture and your money and you will get your yellow card back in about 3 weeks. Take the yellow card back down to the same office and they will print your LTCF. Repeat in 5 years

Re: LTCF application?
Went and applied today, I wish they would have posted the new office number and location!!!! You no longer goto room 111 the sheriff's office it is in the outside courtyard on the fifth ave side archway, firearms office. I had to walk around in cold we feet cause I had to take my steel toe boots off for the metal detector only to find the note on the sheriff's door about the firearms office location.
If you downloaded the pdf like I did before they took it away and you take that in, they will not accept it unless it has both sides printed on one sheet. But it looks like in late Feb, or after there is going to be a online application that you will be able to fill out instead of a trip down to the courthouse.
The waiting games begins
