HK P7 Markings question Help
I recently purchased a P7M10 stainless. It only has 10 rounds shot through it. It is in awesome condition. I have a question about the markings though. On the slide where is says HK Inc. Sterling VA there is the number 2 stamped above it. Not sure what that means. I have not seen that stamp on other P7 slides before. Does anyone know by chance?

Not sure about the #2 stamped on the slide, but I can tell you it is not stainless. More than likely you have a nickel plated P7M10 or it has been hard chromed. HK never made any P7 in stainless.
