Default So my hands may be seen in the Courier Times...

I was at Guns & Things browsing their Sig offering and asking about shipping a pistol.

Anyways, I spotted a new 239 in the case and asked if I could see it. Then a lady comes up to me and asks if she can take pictures of me checking out the pistol, said she was there from the BCCT. So I said sure and she proceeds to take pictures as Mary hands me the 239. I fondled it for a few minutes and the lady was snapping away the whole time.

Then she asked me if I would give her my name and I asked what the article was going to be about. She said it will be a piece on what's all involved with purchasing a firearm. So I said sure and gave her my name.

So if you see a picture in the paper of a pair of hands caressing a Sig 239, that's me.

The Sig P239 is a most excellent handgun and one chambered in 9 mm resides on my hip at this very moment. You can count of Sig for "to hell and back reliability."

Yeah, I'm trying to sell my G27 right now (just doesn't work for my hands) to fund a purchase of 239 or 229.

I'm going back tonight to check on trade-in value.

How upset are you going to be if the piece turns out to be a hit job?

I thought about that but I figured it'd be no big deal

My hands however may get pretty ticked and kick my ass

Maybe you have a future as a hand model ala George Castanza.

Just out of curiosity, can you let me know what it would cost to add your G27 to my collection?
