    Nice tools - how hard is it to turn on the eotech with the magnifier that close?

    its an insight tech AN/PEQ 5 laser and i picked it up at stubby gear. it was on consignment though so i dont know if he can get more or not.

    its not hard to reach it unless im wearing gloves, if im gloved up i just flip the latch and the magnifier is out of the way

    So, are we to assume you have night vision goggles too? If you do, what are you running?

    thanks! the p229 is good to go, and the rem 870 is a retired kansas state police shotgun i picked up. the wood furniture still has the markings burned into it

    negative the AN/PQ 5 is a visible laser only with no IR capabilites. i do use NVG's for my weekend job. we have PVS-14's and AN/PEQ 15's on our rifles(property of U.S. GOV'T)
