Re: Anyone have the M&P9 standard and long?
As far as I know, Storm Lake is the only one making threaded barrels for the M&P. All my research is from back in March though, so there could be another company making them by now. Just so you know, the Storm Lake M&P barrels are done in polished stainless steel. All total for mine, it was $239.75 ($225.00 for the barrel and $14.75 for shipping).
Heck, if you come to the October group shoot, I'll let you shoot my M&P 9JG with my new SWR Trident 9

Re: Anyone have the M&P9 standard and long?
You haven't been paying attention
I ordered the Storm Lake barrel on March 20th and I can't remember when it arrived exactly, but I know I ran it at the May shoot. I knew I was going to get a 9mm suppressor for my M&P 9JG (Julie Goloski), so I ordered the threaded barrel for it before I even decided which suppressor I was going to buy.
I faxed my order for the SWR Trident 9 to Major Malfunction (in Oklahoma) on April 16th and the transfer papers/suppressor arrived at my dealer's location in late May. I ended up mailing all the paperwork back to my dealer on June 4th and he mailed it into the ATF. The ATF cashed my check on June 10th and my forms were approved 2 days ago on the 6th. Now the forms go back to my dealer, and when he has them in hand, I get to go pick up my toys.
And FYI - I actually got 2 suppressors. The second is a Gemtech Outback II. My dealer asked if I had any interest in going through the process again and I told him I'd probably wait until next year and get a .22 suppressor. I'd seen and liked the suppressed Sig Mosquito's, and being that he's a Sig dealer, he ended up sweet talking me into the Outback II and a threaded Mosquito as a package deal at the same time.
