    Default Looking for CZ Customization

I am currently looking for someone to work on my CZ75b (non-decocker model). I am not sure I am up to installing the SA trigger by myself as I haven't done any major handgun work in terms of replacing parts and such (most of the detail work I have done has been on bolt/semi auto rifles).

That being said, is there anyone in the Philadelphia area or surrounding parts that works with CZ handguns and is a well respected gunsmith? Thanks in advance

Well, since no one has spoken up yet, one smith that seems to be recommended is "The Handgunner" in Topton, PA. They are located a bit outside of Kutztown PA. They are a CZ trained smith & have heard they do great work....

    Good luck!

I had a 40b, same workings as yours but in 40SW and with a different shaped frame.

Lycan helped install this comp hammer:

that and a reduced power 15lb mainspring made a world of differance.

    here is some more info:

installing the hammer requires changing some of geometry inside. Lycan found some good pics and explanations on Brian Enos forum. Maybe he can link them for you here, or if I find them I will come back and link.
