Just got back from the courthouse with my new carry permit. Moved here 2 years ago, and just got around to getting it. I have a still valid VA permit, which is recognized by PA, but it expires in a few months. Walked in, filled out the form, passed an instant check, paid $31 and was done. Easiest of all I have ever had (Maine 3 times, including current non-resident, VA, FL, GA and NY twice)

Don't let your Virginia permit slide. You'll need it if you go to Ohio. Ohio doesn't honor Pa.'s LTCF.
