"I just got off of the phone with Kim Stolfer of FOAC.
Shapiro is over-selling the support from Kim but Kim did tell me that he supports Eagle's decision to prohibit the sale of 80% receivers at venues they control. Kim feels that if we don't self-police, the state will step in and do it. I told him that I respect him but I disagree with him on this.
This is the death of a thousand cuts. Today it's 80% gun kits, tomorrow it's "high capacity magazines" and "assault weapons" and the end game is still the same, a de facto ban on civilian gun ownership."

Was aware of that other thread.
But I took that other thread to be a discussion about Eagle Arms' involvement
Where as this thread is a discussion about FOAC's involvement.

EDIT:
I guess I should have followed that other thread for more than the first two pages. Oops.
