    Default .38 Spec odd occurances

Looking for something to do today so I decided to reload some .38 Special. My reloading machine is an RL 550B with the proprietary primer feed system.

I have around 1000 cases of various manufacture including some military stuff (even some TZZ & IMI) and some old stuff marked Rem-UMC. But what got me today was some fairly new Sellier & Bellot that was given to me by a friend (it was only one box IIRC) some of the primer pockets wouldn't accept the primer! That is, the primer would partially seat, then crush with the primer still .1" above the rim.

So if yoou're reloading S&B brass take it slow and easy on the priming stage!

Sounds like swaging time! I am in the middle of swaging about 700 .223.
