    Default Remington 1100, 410 guage

Anyone have any idea a value on this? I can't honestly say I have ever hunted with this.

Just curious on a price...can post pics if needed.

I'm finding prices on the 1100 Sport that has the choke tubes, but mine does not have the choke tubes nor do I recall it saying sport on the side as all the pictures I saw do.

Anything from $250 to $600 pending on what kind of shape it's in and how long the barrel is.

You will have a hard time finding a barrel for just under $200 for the 1100 Remington in .410!

Your gun is not the newer SPORTING model that has the 27" Rem-Choke barrel.

Your gun would be the FIELD model or SKEET model.

The field model had a 25" barrel with modified fixed choke...stamped MOD. This gun was chambered for 2 1/2" or 3" shells.

The Skeet model was also 25" barrel stamped SKEET and was chambered for 2 1/2" rounds only.

The third and rare version was the SPECIAL FIELD with a 21" mod. barrel and English straight stock.

Any of the above guns in NICE working condition will bring a minimum of $500.

The nicer the gun, the more it is worth with the top being around $800 for a mint gun. It's all collector value. The .410 and .28 gauge were the hardest to find.

I now own 8 1100's and my father owns 6 of them. I'm a real fan of those older guns. I do not have a .410 yet, but it the next for sure!

My advise is to hold on to that little gun forever!

    Here's what I have....

Remington Model 1100 LW 410 Gauge 3" 25" barrel Imp Cyl.

I've had it for quite a while, I have the matching 12 guage also. I've never really used this but at the same time no real intention of getting rid of it. I was just curious what they are going for.

    Thanks all that replied.
