    Talking colt M4 22

got the ops model wanted something close to the wifes M4 and my AR.took it to the range some problems which we traced to the ammo we were useing.I find it to to be fun to shoot and cheap to feed a real plus in todays ammo prices. while not cheap at $550 it's going to pay for it's self fast in pactice for me and her we will shoot it first then run a mag or to through our AR's to stay up with the center fire rifles.man I long for those days of $50 bucks for 500 rounds of wolf.I think the colt is well made and a good sub for the center fires.I wish the safety didn't have to be rotated 180 degrees and that it had a real bolt release but I can live with it.after all any tigger time is better then none.crazywolf

You're not kidding. I went to a local gun store a few weeks ago to buy a 10/22, or equivalent, and ended up walking out with the Colt M4 carbine (22LR), vertical foregrip, and a reflex red dot scope. Ooops. My wife was not thrilled.

I haven't taken it to an outdoor range yet, so I've only used it to discipline paper targets @ 25 yards at an indoor range. So far, I am very pleased with the purchase.
