    Default Can a SBR be less than 26" overall?

    I want to convert a Draco to an SBR with and underfolder Stock and I have 2 questions.
    1) Can a SBR be under 26" overall Length? (if answer yes; forget Question #2)

    2) If you put a folding stock on do you measure it opened or closed?

    Thanks.

    An SBR is a rifle that either has;

    a. a barrel less than 16"
    b. has an overall length less than 26"

    If you have either - its an SBR.

    Overall length is measured with the stock extended.
