also im looking for a place to blow up propane tanks and other explosive targets

Shooting propane tanks seems like a very bad idea and a sure way to get ranges closed.

Agreed. Very bad idea on a public range.

Private property may be a different story...

not a public range its a private ranch that pretty much lets you rent the property out for the day and with the price of the rental also provides you with tannerite and other explosive targets . so thanks for your unwanted opinons just need the address . also you firing from a bunker at 150 yds. saftey first
