Does anyone know yet how easy it is to get CLEO signoff on ATF forms?
I live in Butler County now, where the signoff is basically shall-issue, but may possibly be moving to Allegheny soon. Anyone know, or at least have any suspicions about, the new Sheriff's opinions of Title II stuff?

Ryan,
If moving to "Agony County", move to one of the boonie-burbs with their own CofPolice to deal with. As far away from "Philthydelphia West" as possible...
You do not want to be stuck having to deal with PIT city chief or the county sheriff as both are exposed to the DNA-mutants on a daily basis and will blow you off.
I ended up having to get the DA to sign-off on my last PIT-addressed F4.
I haven't bought a new NFA toy in years, so this may have changed - but I'd doubt it. Consult with a current CL2 or CL3 for advice on "who signs and where" in Allegheny County.
Or, do the Trust or Corp route.
