.223/5.56 Question
Does anyone make a round for shorter barrels? I have a Kel-Tec PLR-16 with a 9.2" bbl. and it sure muse waste an awful lot of powder, judging by the amount of flash it produces and the noise it makes. I've been looking around and can't seem to find anything. Anyone have any info?

Re: .223/5.56 Question
Even the fastest rifle powders suitable for full speed .223 are going to make a fireball out of a 9.2 inch tube. You can find cast bullet/pistol powder loads, but they are a low speed, won't cycle the action proposition.

Re: .223/5.56 Question
You could either work up some odd custom load, or change the flash hider if the flash bothers you. noveske flaming pig ftw?

223 and 556 are NOT the same round.
556 is 10% more pressure and .065 longer in the bullet throat,
and has a smaller powder capacity due to thicker brass.

Re: .223/5.56 Question
For one it was a joke, you've posted the same thing on 3 separate threads.
For two, I have no idea what you actually meant by your last post
For three, I've seen first hand what 5.56mm does to humans
For four , lighten up"Skin that'n pilgrim, and I'll git ya another"
