Does anybody know where I can get a stock set?
I need a synthetic stock set for my mossberg 835. I'm having trouble finding one that is not tactical. Any help is appreciated.

Try here...Numrich
http://www.e-gunparts.com/
Showing various styles available and in stock for the model 835. I have used Numrich going on 20 years now, decent prices, good service and good return policy."Disperse you Rebels! Damn you! Throw down your Arms and Disperse!" British Major Pitcairn at Lexington April 19, 1775

Did you try MidwayUSA, Brownells or Natchez Shooters supply?

Re: Does anybody know where I can get a stock set?
I found these at MidwayUSA:
P/N 744311, Knoxx Compstock 2 pc (stock and forearm), black synthetic
P/N 872982, Mossberg Synthetic forearm, black
P/N 174952, Mossberg Synthetic stock, black
The black forearm can be found on the Mossberg site, it is just hard to find and they only show it in black. You might try calling them because my Dad has an 835 that he won in a raffle that came with a Realtree (or something like that pattern) synthetic stock and forearm. It might have been a turkey gun but it has interchangeable chokes.Ron USAF Ret E-8 FFL01/SOT3 NRA Benefactor Member

Here is a link for a laminated stock.
Thumbhole stock from Cabela's. They sell both the butt-stock and forend.

Re: Does anybody know where I can get a stock set?
Thanks for all your help I think I will go with that laminated stock at cabelas. Even though I wanted a synthetic one. I really like the thumbhole idea it might help with the recoil. Shooting those 3 1/2 inch shells really knock the snot out of ya.
