Bersa thunder
Found a used bersa thunder in good condition at a local shop It's a two tone model. They want $225, that seems reasonable. Any opinions?.

Re: Bersa thunder
What model/caliber is it?
I bought my Thunder .380 for $235 new, and I've seen them at Gander Mountain for $225 new. This was about a year ago.

Shop around, I've seen them for $250 new, I bought mine for $150 used and that was at Gander Mountain pricing.

Re: Bersa thunder
Have to agree with the above.. you can find NEW ones for that price range.... Check out DAVIDSONS GUNS.. or GUNGALLERY.com you can find a dealer close to you and check out their prices... usually some of the best prices around....
Good luck

Re: Bersa thunder
There is a variety of Bersa Thunder series and calibers, that vary quite widely in price range. I curious about how people are commenting on the value of the pistol for sale without know which series/caliber we are talking about. I assume that they have made the assumption that the pistol in question is a basic "Duotone" 380 series?

Re: Bersa thunder
It is the .380 duo tone. I was looking for that or the nickel .380. Just been looking at prices.

Ok, then all prior comments apply well! That's too much for a used one... Even if it only has 7 rounds through it.

Re: Bersa thunder
+1 on the above. I bought my Bersa .380 at Gander for about 220 a year or so ago.
That's a hefty price for a used one...
