NC Man Surrounded By 3 Armed Thugs Pulls Revolver In Fatal Shootout -

A shootout in Hope Mills, NC is still being investigated that left one robber dead and another man wounded. According to deputies, three thugs approached the intended victim while he was getting into his car.

All three thieves has pistols pointed at the man while they demanded money.That is when the man pulled his own revolver out and started shooting. The robbers returned fire striking the man in the car.

The three thugs fled the scene without a single dollar from the intended victim. Deputies found one of the thieves lying down along Lubbock Drive wearing latex gloves and a gunshot to his chest. He was pronounced dead at the scene. The police are still looking for the other two thugs.

The robbery victim was taken to Cape Fear Valley Medical Center with a gunshot to the abdomen. He is expected a quick and full recovery.
