I just don't know how people can see it any other way, unless, you can't comprehend very well If they can interpret the second amendment differently then what about the other amendments..

Technically, the answer should be "no", because the Second Amendment protects the pre-existing right of individuals to bear arms; it does not "give" the right. However, I voted "yes", because a vote of "no" would be misinterpreted as an anti-2A vote.
