    Default S&W 5906

with the price of ammo going up another 10% in June i thought i'd try one for daily carry. Also looking to buy a bladetech IWB holster. Anyone with experience with this weapon ?

I have one, has worked flawlessly. My only gripe is re-assembly from a field strip.

I've had one for a good number of years now with absolutely no problems with it. It fits my hand perfectly and for me is a natural pointer.

I had one that I should never have traded away, great gun. Heck, I think I still have a Comp-Tac belt holster laying around for it somewhere if you are looking ...

IIRC it is about a 39-40 oz. gun, heavy but carried ok in a Concealco IWB.

Still have a 5906 and it eats whatever I serve it, flawlessly! Just remember, it has a magazine disconnect, so if you drop your mag and still have one in the chamber, it won't fire. Insert mag, boom! BUT REMEMBER... don't be using the magazine disconnect feature as a safety!!!!!!

Thanks guys, I feel much better about my second S&W auto purchase, than the last, thats for sure. I wanted something Reliable, that wasn't TOO expensive to feed.
