Butler Wal Mart Arrest
walked into wally world with my 3 year old tonight. Watched a guy get placed in the back of a squad car. 1 state cop and 2 township cops. i walked in to get my muzzle loader license and asked the girl at the counter what happened. She told me that the guy tried to buy a shotgun, and the police showed up. Probably not a good evening for him!

If the police are dispatched to arrest you while you wait, then it's not some old 302 commitment or an old weed possession charge. More likely than not, it's a major felony conviction, or your 5th purchase attempt of the day because you thought the dweeb at the WalMart gun counter would have some sort of "sketchy" access to PICS.
Little gun shops see this, the prohibited persons who try to buy at a few different shops and get denied at each one, as though they were hitting RedBox machines hoping to find one with a copy of the latest movie. Nope. If PICS denies you at one store, you'll get denied at every store (although it's possible to be "undetermined" at one store and denied or approved at another store, depending on what happens in Harrisburg and who handles it.)
The number of immediate arrests is a small fraction of the number of denials. But if you're sure that you're prohibited, then the odds are better that you'll be arrested, which is sort of how it should be. I don't like seeing people arrested when they had no clue that they were doing something illegal.Attorney Phil Kline, AKA gunlawyer001@gmail.com

Saw a young man get a shiny pair of bracelets awhile ago at Cabelas gun counter. PSP passed me going up the hill,3 of them approached the kid and his GF at the counter where the associate was keeping him occupied.
After a short conversation, he went down the hill to the substation.
Two things: if you're prohibited and try to buy at Cabelas, PSP will be there REAL quick. They are across the street. And second, "But the paperwork's at home and my Mom won't bring it!!" does NOT constitute an excuse.Don't sweat the petty stuff, and don't pet the sweaty stuff.

Never seen an arrest at a gun shop. Ive seen some suspected drug dealers try to use fake florida ID's... this was in PA mind you.
They were posing with the guns and acting like fools pretending to be "thug" or something. Hilarious“The right to bear arms is the last form of defense against tyranny. Not to hunt.” Ice-T

Seen a guy at a gun shop get denied. He said it was probably that PFA he had against him. Wasn't that a felony to even try to buy a gun?
