Re: CCW Question
No... No loaded long guns whatsoever in a vehicle.
Only pistols and revolvers with barrels less than 15", shotguns with barrels less than 18", rifles with barrels less than 16", and shotguns/rifles with overall lengths less than 26". Everything after "15"," is NFA class 3 stuff.RIP: SFN, 1861, twoeggsup, Lambo, jamesjo, JayBell, 32 Magnum, Pro2A, mrwildroot, dregan, Frenchy, Fragger, ungawa, Mtn Jack, Grapeshot, R.W.J., PennsyPlinker, Statkowski, Deanimator, roland, aubie515, SteveWag

Re: CCW Question
you can legally carry a long gun (AK with folding stock counts as long as the barrel is at least 16" long) openly or concealed *on foot* in PA with or without a license. (i would expect to get some unwanted attention in some places, though.)
as others have posted, though, you cannot carry a loaded long gun in vehicle even if you do have an LTCF.
