Comes with an 8rd mag and a new barrel bushing that has not yet been installed.

Ok, I've been getting some questions and requests for more pictures. I took some more high res pictures.

As for questions:

It does not come with a box. I am the second owner. It was my first 1911 and first pistol I CCWed. The pictures show the condition of the finish, the scratches and marks pretty well.
