I cannot possibly say anything positive for Obama, instead, I will say that the other guy will bankrupt us with never-ending wars, and a continuation of our failed foreign policy.

The other guy will turn the country into a police-state.

That was the first thing that ran through my mind too.

For the record, if anyone thinks socialism is a better deal than fascism, you might want to take a look at the 20th century histories of China and the Soviet Union...

Stalin and Mao made Hitler and Mussolini look like rank amateurs in the oppression game.

And when you really put it under a microscope, fascism is pretty much nothing more than socialism which is more nation-centric rather than the well-worn 'workers of the world' type rhetoric.

Chinese communism really is/was/remains nothing more than National Socialism... they don't care about the workers of the West.

Aren't we already on the road to Socialism? The government has it's hands in our banks, our insurance companies and who knows what else (to early for me to think of any). So what's the difference if we pick either one. One will continue the road we're on now (state socialism) and the other one has said that's what he wants (social democracy). Rome is falling and we're letting them do it by voting for either one.
