I have never understood a politician's agenda. I thought they were working for us but with a agenda that means to me they are working for themselves.

95% of the politicans are working for themselves, they just need to keep their bosses happy so that they can keep their jobs.

All of us in Corp America do the same thing, we attend meetings and help out team mates not because we want to but because we have to in order to keep our jobs. Once the boss is away its play time until the annual review comes up and then its a matter of making all the work you did during the year sound like you deserve a raise, whether you do or not.

Politician is a career. It just has a longer amount of time between reviews
