I want to have a hat custom made...

There used to be a booth in the Hanover Mall where you could buy a plain hat and they had an embroidery machine to add either their design, or your own.

They are gone now.

Does anyone know where there is one local to Hanover/ york area?

I tried to find a place online, but they all require 50 or 100 piece minimum. At most I need 5 hats. More like 3.

Any thoughts?

Check sports shops, like the ones that sell to local baseball/football/soccer/etc teams. You can usually order a few and have custom embroidery done.

galleria mall has one still. both were owned by the same two guys from what i remember. hanover mall is almost dead... :-( not much does well there.
