Re: The Political Compass
So, you are the Dalai Lama? Funny.
This is silly and incorrect at best. Some of the statements did not have anything to do with politics at all. Others painted you into a corner and assumed you agreed or disagreed. And then there were the statements that were just total crap.
I'm mostly conservative when you look at political issues, but according to this I'm a liberal Dem. YEA RIGHT!!
Oh well, it was at least entertaining.

Re: The Political Compass
Ya I agree somewhat. I think it still gives you a general idea of where you stand overall. Maybe youre a dirty liberal hippy in disguise and you just think youre a conservative.
Looking at it again it says youre a conservative libertarian. I dont see where you got liberal Dem from.Last edited by J8300; April 11th, 2008 at 01:27 PM.

Like I "said" if you list all of the main political issues (abortion, gun rights, environment, taxes, education, gay rights, healthcare, etc.), I am definitely to the right, so I'm not sure how this "test" puts me where I am. This test discusses astrology, abstract art, and luck. What in the hell do these things have to do with some of the other statements?

Re: The Political Compass
I couldn't take that test, it was just absurd. There were way too many questions that had no viable answer. I will not be forced into a black and white answer when the true answer is between the two.

Re: The Political Compass
True, but there were too many questions there that agree or disagree were not appropriate to my ideals. So I end up going in either an authoritarian vein or libertarian when I am truly middle of the road. It is meant to show everyone as being exceedingly biased in one direction or the other.
